buh bye....sniff sniff......just kidding

well......this will be the LAST blog before we HIT THE ROAD!!!.......i haven't been home for almost 4 years! i am somewhat emotional about it.....my parents are there and i miss them terribly.......and my dearest and best friends on the face of this earth are there.....and i have mixed emotions about seeing them! i am DYING to see them.......but am worried about being "too emotional".........but whatever......i trust it will be a great trip......both the ROAD and the fellowship and activities there!
we will be spending the first 4-5 days in Forest City with my parents.....it should be rather "kicked back" and relaxing........i am looking forward to it......i know my Dad will make us laugh our insides out......and MOM will be cooking wonderful food........there goes that idea about dieting.....
then the last 4-5 days we will be in DesMoines.......where Heidi and kids will go ONE way and I the OTHER.........the first Fri. nite there is a SLEEPOVER with 3 of my friends i went to college with!.....oh boy........it could be a HOOT.......i am worried about getting NO sleep........i don't exactly FUNCTION without sleep......
i am keeping a little schedule to get all my "peeps" in!.......
Beth....BTW!...........thanks for the suggestion........but do you know what would happen IF we stopped along the way????????? OH MY GOODNESS!........A.....we would spend all our money...B........we would NEVER get there at all........but GREAT idea if we had another week!!! :).......of course we would need a LOT more money!!!....and quite frankly sista......that "aint" gonna happen.... ha ha
so ADIOS for now.....i promise to tell all the "best" stories that will be written in the next 2 weeks!
